Tarrant County Court at Law, Number 3, effective 22 JUL 2026 PDF

Tony Savarese has been appointed as the Receiver over both of these receiverships. As the Receiver, all property of thse enitities have been put into custodia legis of the Recevier effective 22-JUL-2026. This includes contract rights. Any attempt to dispose of, acquire, or otherwise transfer property in custodia legis prior to satisfaction of the Judgment and receivership may subject the participating parties and their agents to liability, and result in a transfer that is void.
